Overall, everything was good except for one issue. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000). What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through 訂房網站 twice, but both were rejected. le the stay itself was satisfactory, the lack of flexibility and customer support in handling an emergency situation left a very negative impression.

Recently stayed at Mango Hills in a 2 bedroom apartment. Exterior of the hotel is clean and landscaping is beautiful. Staffs are friendly and polite. However the 2 bedrooms apartment we stayed is worn out and cleanliness is lacking. Linens are old and dirty with stains. Breakfast is average and restaurant cleanliness is substandard. Hotel has potential but in need of upgrading works.
