We paid for a suite and got the worst rooms. It’s sad to say, worse than a B grade lodge with dirty bedding, broken beds, just everything was worse

Terrible Stay, Very old property, amenities mentioned in the booking receipt is not there in the room, No proper room service, very difficult to.find the location, Communication between the reception is only through whatsapp group

I had an outstanding and comfortable experience in the resort. It displayed a beautiful scenic veiw of Ooty.

Location is good, but rooms including bed and bathroom are not that great compared to the price, room service is very poor and limited choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner

property location and views are good. it has lot of open place to roam around. But the roads to this place are not good, there are no shops around, for everything we need to take auto/cab to the town. Rooms are not clean, curtains are stinky and smelling bad. Bedsheets, doormats and mattress also not clean. Room maintenance like swithboards, lights, sockets are also not maintained properly.

Food options are limited. We ordered dinner one day and it was obvious that the chapati was ready to eat one. Same was the case with the paneer gravy. Rooms were mouldy. So we did not get confortable sleep any night there. Blanket, bed sheets and towels were all dirty and had some stains on them.

Location/ View :- The location of the resort is very good. You get excellent views from the balcony and parking. Food :- On the expensive side with very limited options. Amenities :- Lot of things are for the sake of it. For example the bonfire, no one lit it. Other than that, don't expect a great experience. Services:- Service is very slow. Dont have high expectations from staff. overall, it was an average stay. Go there with no expectations. stay for yourself and come back.
