Not cleaned property. Very dangerous to reach and boards are also not displayed properly. Owners are not guest friendly, 2 towels in 2 days stay, no shampoo, no HK during stay. They are having 1 attendant who try his level best but not effective from hospitality point of view. Hot water in morning time only.

very very worst experience we had, we stayed 3nights four days, no water heater working in room, water leaking. No proper lights in room, only one light is available that is not sufficient for us, first day it was very terrible. Midnight 2 clock some one knocking the door bell, we was shocked and got feared whole night we didn’t sleep. They simply saying customer came at midnight, but why they are disturbing us. Very horrible stay we had this 3 nights. ☹️☹️☹️

The hotel people didn't give us the room in the booked hotel. They have given a very poor other room. I have booked the british club cliff resort seeing the amenities detailed in the sight. But i have not received any of that, another room was given only but 12 am in the night. The family was suffered a lot. Booked a room. Which is only worth 1000- 1500. Very bad experience with hotel

Terrible. There was mo road access to the lodge at the time we arrived there. We had to walk a cliff and carry our luggage. Our car had to be parked 1 km away. My sick wife had to be half carried up the hill. You refund 50% of charges you collected from. Why the hotel management failed block on line booking at such contingencies is something i can't reconcile at all. I want 50% refund for the trouble you caused and completely spoiling our holidays.
