The cleanliness is subpar, and the bathroom has been smelly since day one. Despite this, the staff hasn't cleaned it even once. To add to the issue, they've charged me an extra ₹600.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude throughout my stay. No assistance was provided when needed, and their attitude was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
