Due to season time price was too high. The behaviour at reception was terible.1- No Wi-Fi asked multiple times and not even answered the call.2-the room shown in picture and the originally it’s different. I fell like I am staying in a bunker. Because the gave the room in basement area.overall experience is very bad and value to money will say it’s way more expensive

Car barking and room infrastructure good. Rest room neet and clean inside of the room bed and smell also good family members we can stay good atmosphere

First of all I want to tell that there was parking space for two cars only and we have to park our vehicle in another space than the reception guy was very rude to us and rooms were too small as compare in pictures also there was WiFi which was not even connecting in our phones and at last there was only limited breakfast no buffet they send breakfast in your room idli and vada overall not good experience

Worst stay I ever had and anyone can ever have. No windows in room and staff is very rude. Family room is the biggest scam, they have purposely not uploaded picture of the family room. Don't expect a support from MMT on this they will clearly mention it's Hotel responsibility.

Not worthy to be called a 3 star hotel. For the price they charge for the stay, it is not worthy for the room ambience. it is a very small room with minimal facilities. Better to look for another hotels for the same price range

the room was very small according to the money we paid for it and there no fan at all in the room i know its hill station but there should be a fan not to get suffocated

Good room with reasonable rent , the location is central part of ooty. Very close to Botanical garden, Rose garden , doddabetta etc. the room was lil small but it’s maintained hygienic and hot water available . Staff was good.
