Nice accommodation at sk residency ooty. Small rooms but comfortable for couples. And nice hospitality by the staff. Shanthakumara. K kodagu karnataka.

Utterly dissatisfied with the service and room. Since we have paid the amount while booking the room so they didn’t hear anything regarding any complaints. Not even basic things were available there. Please stay away from this hotel.

Room is fine but small room, only couple can accommodate easily, with family need to take extra bed for extra cost

We booked a deluxe room for 4 family members, but the room was so small that not all of us could fit. We had to book another room and had to pay more money. The first offered room was also very dark and not nice. The bathroom had no shower. People at the hotel were nice.

The property name was not lyzoo sk residency, it is oyoo sk residency. The room was too small and not having any cuboard’s. No facilities as per the amount paid. Bathrooms are very poor, broken toilet seat cover and black fungus on wall painting. Bathroom taps and shower is also not working properly. Smell from the bathroom is coming inside the bedroom. Totally disappointed about the rooms.

Room is worth only for 500 to 600 rs, and old building not impressed at alla, rooms are very small 9*9 squarefeet that's it, lol like samey hostel
