For me the worst hotel at ooty

Pros: 1. Good view from balcony/terrace 2. Not far from city centre 3. Suite arrangement is good for family of 4 4. Well behaved and helpful staff Cons: 1. Furniture/fixtures not maintained in proper shape - our sliding wardrobe came out of channel, wash basin taps broken/malfunctioning 2. No dedicated pantry. Fixed menu breakfast is served at room, tea/coffee at extra cost. All other food has to be ordered from an outside hotel 3. No central switch/card system to turn power on/off 4.No elevator (highest is 2nd floor) Overall: A bearable budget hotel for a few days stay

That property is not like to stay at Ooty I hv taken all photos it’s not like Bed shid pillows rooms nd Birth room s table chairs r not sustainable.after lots of arguments they came means only one old person came nd telling I hv no access pls talk to management

It’s an average place, huge rooms without am much amenities and also away from the city. Wouldn’t recommend. Also commercial about sight seeing quoted too high prices by the cab guy.

My stay at Pine Hill Suites, Ooty, was extremely disappointing. The place barely functions as a hotel, with a non-existent reception tucked into a basement that was mostly unstaffed. We had a late check-in and were told no one would be available because the staff “would be sleeping,” and we had to call multiple times to ensure someone was around. The only staff member we encountered was unhelpful, disinterested, and refused responsibility for even basic needs. There was no check-in process, no assistance with luggage, and no housekeeping throughout our stay. We returned each day to unclean rooms with soiled linens and no laundry service. Drinking water was not provided — instead, refilled plastic bottles with what appeared to be tap water were kept in rooms. Even paid water requests were denied. The “complimentary breakfast” was outsourced, oily, unhealthy, and inedible, with no tea or coffee provided. If we needed tea or coffee, it was to be charged extra. Every extra item — even torn, moldy blankets — was charged unfairly. Post 10 PM, guests are left completely unattended. This hotel is grossly mismanaged, unhygienic, and absolutely not worth anyone’s time or money. I strongly advise travelers to avoid Pine Hill Suites entirely.

The Hotel is situated at a convenient location having super views. The rooms are big and clean.. The staff is very Cooperative and helpful.. Enjoyed two nights stay at the hotel..😊

We took 2 Rooms with a common living room. Rooms are spacious. Matress and blankets are O.K. Bath rooms are good with heater. Value for money rooms. Ambience is not like a hotel but it is like a house. Fans are not available in the room. Also no lift. Need to use stair.

Budget stay, care taker is very helpful, property located on Ooty-Mysore highway, no in house restaurant have to order food online.

We were very cordially welcomed to the suit very friendly and helpful staff, provided breakfast very tasty, all over we enjoyed the stay at the suit.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. They allotted 2 bedroom accommodation. The price was reasonable for the quality of rooms. The room service was very good, especially Mr. Murugan was very courteous and well behaved. We ordered dinner for one night and the taste was excellent, price was reasonable. The quantity provided was more than sufficient and we could not complete it fully. The view from the room is also good. Only issue is parking. They have parking but you need to be a perfect driver to park in that place else you can use the road in front of the property to park your vehicle.
