水森酒店及度假村 (Aquasense Hotel & Resort)

房間很大，非常新同乾淨，前台工作人員態度友善，自駕不用擔心地點有點偏，免費泊車，停車後行幾步直上酒店房，房務每天執房都換過新的床單枕袋，隔音很好，第一次遇到一間酒店沒有給出面的聲音影響訓覺

飯店住宿外國人與日本人居多 至少這次住宿沒有遇到台灣人😂 早餐比較偏日式口味 設施不多但泳池漂亮好拍照 許多日本網美都在泳池拍照 附近有兩家琉球の牛（恩納主館、恩納別館） 開車5分鐘可達 還有許多居酒屋與沖繩美食 房間非常大視野非常好 恩納村位置很棒 往南往北車程都差不多 附近潛水點多 推薦潛客入住 飯店主打多種系列的海鹽免費供應 陽台有大按摩浴缸可泡澡看風景

酒店很新，整體環境乾淨，早餐是中式，選擇多、味道可以。房間內的按摩池很好，可隨意在大堂取浴鹽，唯一是酒店隨泳池外，沒有其他設施了。預訂時二千多元一晚，價錢都偏貴。

從房間看出去的海景非常美麗，會讓我下次去沖繩還會想要住，雖然房價貴了一些，但是完全值得。 情侶、家庭、朋友，都很適合。 還有很建議連續住宿，下次我一定安排2天以上住這一間飯店。 唯一提醒就是晚上回飯店要先買好酒跟食物，因為離最近的超商需要開車15分鐘。

住宿體驗非常棒！起床直接看到漂亮到不行的果凍海 晚上吹著風在房間外喝酒很舒服 唯一缺點是飯店裡的酒吧太早關了🥹 回去都來不及體驗到 適合待在飯店裡的輕鬆旅程

想像以上に部屋からの景色が綺麗でした。 お部屋も広くオシャレで、ベランダのジャグジーも最高でした。 すぐ近くにコンビニがなく、売店が24時間営業ではないので少し困りまたが、それ以外は過ごしやすく素敵なホテルでした。

This is an amazing resort with great view and service. I love the jacuzzi and the bed so much. However the breakfast is below average for four stars hotel. You can reach the diving area within 15-20mins and very close to Cape Manzamo. Anyway, I must be come back next time when travel again in Okinawa.

AquaSense Resort的設施新，通道和房間都寬闊。我們訂了兩間房，入住3日2晚，但衛生問題嚴重。我們選擇了ECO Cleaning但沒有執行！！！！ 我們出外遊覽一天回到酒店，沒有倒垃圾，沒有換毛巾！ 難以理解！ 我們向前台查詢，現場職員也很驚訝。我要求盡快補回毛巾及投訴早上的職員。 當晚收到一位名叫Mr Valentine的男職員回電，他態度惡劣，說是我們沒有主動告知可清潔時間，並且拒絕提供全名。我們回應我們在世界各地住酒店也不用主動告知清潔時間，我們也沒有貼「請勿打擾」，我們問這位Mr Valentine主動告知不是國際慣例，然後佢很惡地回答：This is our hotel. 我們十分生氣！ Aquasense房價不便宜，職員態度惡劣，遺漏整理房間，房間設施再好也沒用，非常失望！ English here, we stayed in the Aqua sense resort for 2 nights. We requested eco cleaning which we were informed to have cleaning trash bins and replenish in towels but all were not done! After a long day out, such arrangement was very disappointed and annoying. We complaint to front desk and request for new towels. The night shift staff were nice and reacted swiftly. But then the ‘manager’ returned call to us and said that’s our own problem not telling them what time to come for eco cleaning that’s why no eco cleaning was arranged. I told him I’ve been to many hotels in different places. It is normal that the hotel would arrange when the room Is not remarked ‘do not disturb’ then the manager responded very rudely said ‘that is their hotel’ and lied that he informed us to tell him the time which WE DID NOT HEAR THAT. We asked for his name and he only provided ‘valentine’ and refused to provide his last name. This Mr Valentine was very rude and in bad attitude. He made us very angry. The room rate is not cheap, despite the new facilities, such poor service of mr Valentine is unacceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL Because of the rude staff.

一間非常新，房間非常大的酒店，衛生非常好。 所有都是美好，值得再次入住。 入住期間還遇上煙花祭。可以從房間的露台觀賞煙花。非常美好的回憶。
