衞生：總體不錯，細節有點問題（圖1），紙巾盒臟的不成樣子。服務：連接wifi的時候有個文卷，我填了，説紙巾盒很髒，結果前台立刻給我發郵件（他們説因為很晚了所以不打電話）問我要不要換房間/換紙巾盒，還額外補償了3000日幣消費積分，其他服務也很好環境：酒店獨自有一個島，我是自駕所以交通很方便，但是沒什麼公共交通。天氣一般般但是就這種情況下也很漂亮（圖2），唯一就是島上沒啥玩的，不過我本來就是來度假放鬆的所以也無所謂設施：很新，房間也很大，特別特別大，幫我升級了海景，估計是淡季的因素。但是淡季的泳池之類的不開放（不過人也少而且我本身就不大想下海）大堂還有聖誕樹，有個小問題就是床靠窗那頭沒有插頭，兩個人的話可能不太方便，這個應該是設計問題吧（我猜）

環境優美，從下車開始就有工作人員開始引導➕服務。大堂環境舒適，裝潢讓人心曠神怡，打開房間門，蔚藍的大海印入眼簾。房間不是很大，就是標間的樣子。位置不是特別便利，最近的便利店需要開車5分鐘，旁邊吃的也不是很多。

酒店房間舒適，空間充足。酒店的一大亮點是私人沙灘和戶外泳池，非常合適有低齡寶寶同行的行程。早餐也不錯，以西式料理為主。大堂的商店有特色的食品和小禮物購買，這些禮品在沖繩其他地方都沒有看見過，值得一買。來往酒店大堂和停車場要搭穿梭電動車，而且服務時間到晚上10點，我們吃晚餐後回酒店差點來不及，希望可以延長服務時間。

酒店比較新，內部建設得很不錯（指大堂、客房等等）。lagoon泳池旁可以看到很美的日落！整體入住體驗還不錯，以下幾個點是我覺得一般般的： 1.自帶的海灘很小且景色不算美 2.lagoon泳池是鹹水（可能是海水吧，不太清楚），我每次去這個泳池都覺得身上有點癢（也可能是個體反應，我老公挺正常） 3.沒有步行範圍內的便利店（最近的羅森大概2km遠）如果追求更美的海景，可以考慮這家旁邊的ana洲際，或者moon beach的酒店。如果看重酒店環境本身新舊，可以考慮這家。

The hotel is lovely, there are pools outside and inside, there is a private beach and a gym, meals throughout the day, a bit expensive and boring but the breakfast is excellent. The service is outstanding. There is a bus stop on the main road but far from a grocery store and there is not much around that is the only drawback. It was great.

酒店非常清潔，床也睡得很舒服！員工們有禮貌和耐心，酒店設施很齊全。想特別提議酒店2/f的日本餐飯味道不錯值得一試分別參加了酒店的浮潛和kayak, 人生第一次看到野生海龜十分幸運，再一次感謝指導員他真的好熱心幫助！沖繩的海特別清大家一定要參加水上活動！

I booked the Beach House zone with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, and overall, it was a wonderful stay. The room condition was excellent—very clean, beautiful, and elegantly designed, with a stunning sea view. The facilities were well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. One minor issue was that at night, when closing the bathroom door, there was a wind noise, so we had to keep the bathroom door open while sleeping. Transportation between the main building and the Beach House was convenient with a golf cart service. Additional costs included a parking fee and a resort fee of 300 yen per person per night. Breakfast around 7:30 AM was quite busy, but I really liked their online queue system, which allowed us to reserve our spot virtually without waiting in front of the restaurant. The resort had three swimming pools. The first pool, located right next to the sea, was disappointing—it was very dirty, with algae at the bottom. Another issue was that the edge of this pool facing the sea was too deep; anyone under 160 cm would not be able to stand, even though it’s the side with the best sunset view. The second pool was located slightly higher up, but we didn’t use it. The third was an indoor pool, which we also didn’t try. Staff service was excellent. They spoke English and Japanese fluently, and some could even communicate in Chinese. Around the hotel, there were also quite a few good restaurants within easy reach, which was very convenient. Overall, I was very impressed with almost everything, except for the cleanliness of the swimming pool.
