俄克拉何馬城劍橋汽車旅館 (Motel 6 Oklahoma City, OK - Airport East)

I was in town visiting family for an event. I didn’t expect much from a motel six, but it was cheap for the night and it was close to where I needed to be. That’s about the only positive that I have for you. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk, hates his life and his job. There is zero customer service, no acknowledgment whatsoever, although I wasn’t really looking for the best customer service experience in my life at the very least acknowledgment. He finishes, helping the guy in front of me and then proceeds to help me and by helping I mean, double charging me and giving me a room with bedbugs. Mind you I was just there for the night didn’t even set my bag on the bed proceeded to lay down and as soon as I did, I saw a bug crawling out of the covers. Understandably bedbugs are a problem at a lot of hotels by airports. Here’s where the problem comes in. I grabbed my ****. I go back to front desk and let the gentlemen know that my room had bedbugs. He looks at me and asked me did you take pictures? I said yes and video almost as if he wanted to make sure I had proof before believing me even though didn’t ask me to see the proof then proceeds to ask me for my key and start fiddling in his system re-magnetizing the card this whole time. I’m thinking he’s trying to give me another room. I look at him and ask him what are you doing? I’m gonna give you another room I know for sure this room doesn’t have bedbugs! I said WHY WOULDN’T YOU GIVE ME THE ROOM WITHOUT BEDBUGS IN THE FIRST PLACE? In my mind obviously it was late. I wasn’t trying to get into an altercation. I said I’m not staying here. How dare you even suggest that I would stay here after this situation mind you I never called him out for his shitty demeanor or customer service. I just wanted to get out of there before I carried any of those bugs back home!!! Classic story of you get what you paid for!
