Já tinha ficado duas vezes no Inatel Oeiras , é um bom hotel e um bom lugar para passar alguns dias de ferias em frente ao mar . O quarto desta vez cheirava um pouco a mofo , no pequeno almoço não havia taças de café, as empregadas disseram-me para tomar o café nos copos , não foram nada simpaticas .

The hotel is old. Swimming pool not working. Reception no speaking English and no support. Moreover breakfast start at 8.00 sharp and not earlier and even if you had paid you do not get anything If you cannot be there asking in advance. I will not come back and I do not recommend it.

Só tive um probleminha na chegada. O quarto não estava pronto no horário contratado para check-in. Atraso de quase uma hora.

Bonsoir, Cela fait la troisième année que je viens avec des amies dans votre hôtel et cette année, nous avons été déçu de l’emplacement, une chambre avec de la moisissure et une odeur forte sachant que c’est néfaste pour la santé ! Au bout de 24h nous avons pu avoir une chambre à peu près correcte. Deux autres chambres nous ont été proposés avec dans l’une une odeur des égouts et une autre un cafard énorme dans l’entrée!  Je souhaiterais avoir un geste commercial pour la prochaine fois et être dans  les chambres où je suis allée les deux années précédentes. Cordialement.
