房間的價格在訂房網站上拿到的超級划算 我們因為晚上11點入住 本來想著湊合一晚上 去了發現外部設施非常臟亂差 內部還湊合 結果有蟑螂！！！ 追求便宜沒毛病 但是有蟑螂 大家自行考慮

This hotel is absolutely terrible, it is in need of a major renovation. We only booked to stay here very last minute and for its location to the Chase stadium for a football match. The room could be lovely as it’s spacious with a living area and then another room with 2 beds in. The sink only gave out a dribble of cold water, the toilet leaked when you flushed it , the bathroom was grubby looking with bits broken off the door. We were only given 2 tiny towels when there were 3 of us. There were wires hanging out everywhere with dangerous extension leads. Hardly any plugs worked. When you turned the light off, it turned the tv off - just a disaster all round. We were up and out by 8am the next day and checked into a lovely Hilton hotel I would avoid this hotel at all costs

None of the amenities shown were available except for the pool which was poorly kept. Be advised “The Garden” is an event venue used for pre planned events but has also been closed for a while. The cabanas that were not actually available to experience where all worn down along with all of the furniture in the pool & in the rooms. Out of date light fixtures, toilets that wouldn’t flush & a management team that could care less about hospitality. The only pleasant staff member that was part of my stay was Kayla. She checked me in & displayed extreme professional patience with the understanding of urgency. I canceled my second night due to the misleading information & the unpleasant aura of the establishment. Daniel assured me that I would get a full refund for the night along with the fees charged to my account. I am now in a debated dispute due to Daniel not fulfilling the refund he said he would. The property has potential. If they invested in their room fixtures, plumbing, entertainment amenities & most importantly their hospitality, they would be one of the hottest spots in Fort Lauderdale, stepping into their name “The Grand”.

Very dirty unprofessional no customer service unsafe dwelling

Hotel très simple mais pratique pour une nuit. Demander une chambre propre car celle attribuée avait des coquerelles. Par contre l'hôtel a accepté de changer pour une chambre plus propre. Piscine moyenne.

I paid my $100 and it didn’t reflect back to my bank account I keep asking them to assist me I booked two more other hotels after I left this hotel and I got back my refund and until now they can’t pick up my call what kind of service is this ?

They didn’t give my deposit back
