奧克蘭市中心溫德姆華美達酒店 (Ramada by Wyndham Oakland Downtown City Center)

房間比網頁上説明的小多了，應該是不到20平方，而不是網頁上説的27平方。早餐非常簡單，咖啡也很難喝。服務人員有一個比較友好，其他兩個馬馬虎虎。就是像motel吧。以後不會再住了。

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務不錯，態度很熱情，周邊景點開車很近，旁邊離加油站不遠，海邊很近，附近有海鮮食物

편의시설이나 서비스는 괜찮았습니다. 다만 시설은 좀 노후화 되어 있습니다. 그래도 샌프란시스코 다운타운 대비 동네가 안전해보였습니다.

The Hotel looked nothing like the photos on their website or 訂房網站, when my daughter and I arrived there...I thought I was getting a room with double beds, turns out, their interpretation of double beds is one bed in the room. The room they assigned us was very frightening. The carpet was torn, stains on the wall, small TV's on the wall, maybe you will get a remote control or not, it's like scratching a scratch off to see what you will get. The first room, the remote control did not work, in the second room it did, and not to mention the TV was hung on the wall crooked so, you had to turn your head side ways to focus in on the TV. Just simply, a horrible experience! The hotel looks like they house homeless people there. The carpet smells like urine. The bathroom was okay, except in the bathtub there was rust near the drains. I instantly requested another room with two beds. The manager cooperated and was very nice, giving us another room. The room with double beds was a little better. However, in the closet it smelled like urine also, no body wash soap, neither was there hand soap, so you essentially had to bathe with shampoo. There was no parking garage, so you have to park on the streets and pray that your car windows didn't get busted out or get a ticket on your car. Last, just one or two blocks away, is homeless and drug activity on the streets. I would not recommend this hotel, until they improve their brand from the inside out.

My stay at the hotel was just okay. While the room was clean and the service and location were good, the room itself was too small. My biggest issue was that my room was never cleaned, and no one ever asked if I wanted cleaning services 😞
