第一次入住嚇了一跳，酒店門口居然有條火車軌道，火車嗚嗚地從門前開過。後來睡了兩晚後發現，還好，不怎麼影響夜間睡眠，雖然我是睡眠很困難、對睡眠要求很苛刻的人。住了幾天後，發現這家酒店真的挺好：交通特別方便，輪渡碼頭就在酒店斜對面、步行距離五分鐘，擺渡到舊金山市中心25分鐘。步行到輕軌（BART）也就十多分鐘。去奧克蘭市中心也是步行距離，Chinatown也在那。公交線路也很多。真的很方便！酒店後面就是星巴克，喝咖啡也方便。然後，最美的是酒店靠近海邊、碼頭，早上出去散步真的感覺很好、很美。服務也不錯、房間挺大的。我前後一共住了十多天，感覺越住越舒服。

別去嚇死了一晚上沒睡晚上打車到酒店司機開到附近看到周圍全是垃圾的街道都不敢開了大廳一股麻子味晚上能聽到走廊或者隔壁傳出奇怪的聲音感覺那個人要變異了嚇得退房都不敢開門別被照片騙了跟想象中的完全不一樣應該是政府的救濟房勸訂房網站好好審查一下別什麼酒店都合作。

坐海岸星光旅遊列車，晚上九點多抵達奧克蘭，入住該旅館，主要是離火車站比較近。房間很大，簡潔，雙床，還包早餐

It’s a good overnight hotel if you don’t wanna spend a lot of money and you’re not picky. I will say that the train will keep you up for a while and wake you up in the morning. The breakfast is absolutely terrible and the coffee undrinkable. The bedding and room were clean, so if you need a quick spot, it is a great location across from the water.

In addition, the room was not very clean (curtains, carpeting, bathroom quite old) and from what we saw and felt, the smell of tobacco-drugs was allowed in the rooms, the hallway smelled and entered through the air vents into the room. Breakfast very very basic Staff generally friendly

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. As we drove in the parking area there were old wrecked cars and some ***** sitting in a vehicle in the middle of the lot. The rooms were very old and tattered looking. The sink bowl was painted and the bathroom floor was dirty. The hall way smelled of cigarette smoke and our view was of an empty ugly pool. There was a fight outside of our room and we left in the middle of the night.

The front desk staff were friendly enough, though not particularly welcoming. The hotel itself is awful, by far the worse hotel I've ever stayed in outside of a developing country. The sheets seemed clean luckily but the bed was uneven and terrible. The room was basically falling apart, uneven painting, gross showers, electrical sockets half sticking out, you get the idea. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom and the carpets must be the original carpets from whenever it was built in the early 1900s or whenever and there's a train that runs right outside the hotel just FYI. The location is great but not worth it in my opinion.
