At first appearance, we were pleasantly surprised at how upgraded the floor and furniture "appeared" to be. Unfortunately, all it took was staying one night for my toddlers feet to become black from the dirty floors not being cleaned. I would definitely invest in cleaning the floors after each guest checks out and some new mattresses. Although the furniture looks new. The mattresses are most definitely not. It had two permanent indents, so my husband and I could not sleep at all.
