We had a lovely stay! The hotel was clean, beautifully located, and the team was warm, friendly, and attentive. Although there are a few minor things to improve, such as the TV and water pressure, we understand it’s a new hotel and are confident it will only get better. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent hospitality!

⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Experience! Misleading Listing and Extremely Difficult Access Roads! One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable! I travelled all the way from Dubai to Nuwara Eliya, expecting a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Instead, this hotel completely ruined my experience before I could even check in. The property is located far inside a mountainous area, accessible through extremely narrow, steep and difficult roads. Our car struggled so badly that we genuinely feared it would break down or get into an accident. The experience was absolutely terrifying, and I was almost in tears. The worst part? NOWHERE in the hotel pictures, description, or booking details was there any warning about these road conditions! There was absolutely no mention of how difficult it could be to reach the property. The listing gives a completely different impression, which I find extremely misleading. Had I known about the accessibility issues, I would NEVER have booked this hotel. I booked for two nights, but the experience was so stressful that I had to find and pay for another hotel just to have somewhere comfortable to stay. My entire mood and excitement for Nuwara Eliya were completely ruined. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund my money, despite my explaining the situation and the lack of information provided before booking. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews unnecessarily, but this experience was genuinely upsetting. Travellers deserve transparency, especially when road conditions and accessibility can affect their safety. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, especially if you are travelling by car or are unfamiliar with the mountainous roads of Sri Lanka. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel based on my experience. A beautiful property means nothing if guests are not properly informed about how difficult it is to reach and management refuses to address legitimate concerns. Extremely disappointing. Never again!

Everything is super new, they just opened it a month ago. I wish I could stay longer to enjoy the front view from doors. The thing hotel shoul improve is opening 1 floor for breakfast- lunch- dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was very clean and the location was beautiful. Everyone working there was very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Since it’s a new hotel, I understand that there may be a few things that still need improvement. The TV wasn’t working, and the water pressure could be better. These are just small points to work on, and I’m sure the hotel will continue to improve. Overall, we had a lovely experience and appreciate the team’s hospitality.
