I was sort of worried after reading the review about this place, but I guess according to the type room, the comments of people can change. I arrived little earlier than 4 pm. At lobby you have free wifi where you can register yourself through your phone. There are some other people were waiting too. Around 16:05 other people's received their room number but mine wasn't arriving. I waited another half hour but still nothing. I had to call them and they fixed the situation for me. My room was at second floor, had a double bed , good space, great internet. Kitchen supplies were ok. Couple of small things they can change or fix to make that place much much better. I don't know what do you call but day time curtains ( I guess) wasn't there for the big window. You have people on other building who can see you. But if you put the night curtains in day time then you got no sun lights coming in. Small window didn't have any curtains which is not suitable for people who are sensitive sleeper. Ventilator inside the bathroom was way too noisy but if you close the door, you don't hear anything. Overall it was better than I expected.

the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

It’s completely virtual check in. I was having an issue since I booked on 訂房網站 but when I called, the receptionist was very helpful and got me checked in and helped me find my room. There is no breakfast or amenities but the room is large and has typical apartment things. This was my 2nd stay.

這間酒店是以自助形式管理的,由入住到離店都沒見過任何工作人員,感覺像日本的民宿,只能自助CHECK-IN和CHECK-OUT,但手續非常雜習,不像日本民宿會提前告知辦理入住的指引,所以遇到問題十分無助,首先第一天入住原來要上網辦理很多手續和填寫很多資料才能拿到確認號,再用手機憑確認號登入酒店專屬系統才能取得房號和用手機開關進入房間,雖然有提供自助門卡製卡機,但根本做不了,入住花了近30分鐘,如果手機沒電或沒有網絡的話,真的要瞓街了.其次是我們入住的客房沒有冷氣,房間只提供一台迷你風扇,我們是8月份入住,晚上室內氣溫高達30度,當刻馬上致電緊急客服電話,由於我們是住宿二晚,客服回覆下班時間無辦法,但保證第二天會派工作人員跟進,到了第二天下午返回房間情況依舊,根本沒有人跟進過,十分氣憤和失望,感覺客服很沒誠信和不負責任,永遠不會再選這間酒店~

체크인 하는데 40분 걸렸습니다. 셀프체크인인데 예약번호 확인도 안되고 키를 어떻게 등록하는지에 대한 설명이 없어 최악이었습니다. 다른 방문객들도 체크인으로 인해 힘들어 하는 것을 봤습니다. 셀프체크인시스템을 바꿔야할 것 같습니다. 그래도 위치나 방은 좋았습니다..

房間很乾凈，還可以做飯，也很方便，周邊步行就可以有超市飯店以及走著去廣場也不遠，推薦。下次還會再住這裡。

其實這是我比較喜歡的德國酒店，自動化的無人酒店，當然也會有做衞生的服務員，內部有辦公區域，並且都是通過手機來進入的，對於外國遊客來説，可以避免很多語言不通的尷尬。還有廚房和電視，很不錯。酒店很新，衞生也不錯。
