The service at the front desk were terrible. We had book a room with seaview but did not get that one. Even if there were rooms available with seaview we were not offered to have it and then sort out the booking system even though I hade a copy of my booking from the service provider. This is a really bad experience

atencion en recepcion muy agradable, la comida del restaurante bufet deliciosa, gran variedad y productos regionales. El hotel muy limpio y nuevo, habitaciones sin ruido. el servicio de campamento es maravilloso, los monitores juegan y se divierten con los niños todo el tiempo. A pie de playa.

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful beach. Only problem was no amenities open in the area. We did have a great night in the bar though.
