We were able to find the hotel easily on arrival very friendly reception staff We went to the room and found the tv had a personalised greeting on but the it was not working however phoned down to reception and they quickly rectified this We used the pool facilities and it was very busy and the male changing room and entrance to the spa area was very cold We were awaken at 1am by the fire alarm going off and this was due to a inconsiderate patron smoking in their room The bed was comfy however was on wheels and that is not ideal as it kept moving when you sat on it The follows were not great The room was nice and clean and the bath and shower floor were very slippery Otherwise a nice place to stay and fairly priced

Big free carpark which is good. Breakfast staff are especially friendly. First night was given with a room with malfunction air conditioner - hot and humid and cannot sleep well. Second night after negotiation was given a good room. Very hard to believe a Marriot hotel could give a room to customer with malfunction A/C without any notice or apology in summer time!
