I stayed here with my husband for three nights and, unfortunately, was extremely dissatisfied with our experience. We would not recommend staying here. The first room we were given had a significant amount of what appeared to be both animal and human hair throughout the room, including in the bed underneath the sheets. The towels were frayed, ripped and visibly worn, and there were stains, crumbs and grime throughout the room. We requested to move rooms, which we were eventually able to do; however, there was very little organisation surrounding the room change. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better than the first. There were holes in the sheets and stains on the bed covers. The cushions had visible white stains on them, there were cobwebs throughout the room, and the table was extremely stained and heavily scuffed. The bathroom was also disappointing. The sinks were extremely small, and there were no shelves, surfaces or storage space whatsoever for toiletries. The shower was not fit for purpose, as there was no shower screen or curtain to prevent water from spraying all over the bathroom floor. There were also issues with the basic amenities provided. I attempted to make a cup of tea using the milk provided in the room, only to find that it had gone off and had turned into a curdled, yellow, watery substance. This was particularly concerning given the overall cleanliness issues we had already experienced. Overall, the entire place felt very run-down and poorly maintained. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, organisation and upkeep. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, and we would not stay here again or recommend it to others. Check in and check out was also shambles, no organisation as we received no confirmation email therefore were unable to retrieve our keys as had no access to the concierge office.
