來諾維奇出差住在這裡了，環境是沒得説，就是個莊園酒店。就是設施太老太舊了，地板支牙支牙響，房間各種設施就是很古老的感覺，國內三四線的賓館也比這個好，要是矯情的人就算了。環境還是很不錯的。空氣特別新鮮。早餐也還可以，反正就是普通的英國餐

Very nice hotel. We had a great couple of days. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and nice. The food in a restaurant was good although we had dinner only once. The spa was a nice treat, especially enjoyed the steam room.

Beautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok. The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel. We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces. Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself. We look forward to going back.

Nice to have the turning circle at the front to drop off disable guests (as couild not see any vacant disbaled spaces in the car park), and pick up/ drop off for taxis. As check-in is at 3pm, lots of people arrived for this, so putting extra staff on at this time would reduce waiting time (there were only two on reception). It was good the the windows were already open in the room when we arrived. The room furniture was a little 'tired' and the door in the bathroom in room 132 does not open fully. I liked that I was able to get iced coffee in the bar.

Delays checking in as hotel staff insisted on visa or master card for security deposit which was not mentioned when l made the reservation. Eventually, hotel management was very helpful and accepted cash as security deposit. Whilst hotels have regulations, its important to be flexible when delaying with foreign clients, its not everyone who has local payment systems.
