    酒店位置方便，我book家庭房，但入住時候酒店忘記安排另一張單人床，追了2次直到晚上21:30才弄好，失望。酒店沒有任何設施，如果只是睡覺都可以接受，沒有冷氣，沒有風筒但房間有風扇，設施一般，樓下有超市。

    今次是第二次來Norwich，上次發現這酒店位置很好，所以今次逗留了三天。酒店位置旺中帶靜，是市中心邊皮位置。去那兒也是步行十五分鐘內到。酒店樓下有長途巴士站，連去倫敦希斯路機場也可以。

    If you are keen to stay in a hotel room with NO aircon and a tiny miserable desk fan that can only circulate hot air, in 28 degrees summer weather, this is the place. The pillows were bags of clumped foam and the shower with trickling water. And no daily room housekeeping.
