Absolutely Unacceptable – Fled After 10 Minutes Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. I checked in for my stay on August 28th, walked into my room, and walked right back out 10 minutes later. The conditions were so shocking that staying the night was completely out of the question. Filthy Conditions: The room looked nothing like the advertised photos. The bedsheets were visibly stained, covered in hair, and clearly had not been changed from the previous guest. Horrendous Smell: There was an overwhelming, suffocating stench of damp and stale cigarette smoke the second I opened the door. Zero Security: The internal latch on the room door was completely broken off, making it feel entirely unsafe to sleep there. Despite being conveniently located near the train station and Carrow Road, no location is worth this nightmare. I immediately marched back down to the front desk, handed the keys over, and had to scramble to find alternative accommodation late in the evening. I am actively pursuing a full refund. Save your money, your time, and your sanity—avoid this place at all costs.
