車站酒店 (Station Hotel)

Terrible experience in station hotel, just arrived yesterday midnight, I really tired, I just went straight to bed after half hour all my body achy and open the lights on my bed is a saw a lot of bugs I didn’t sleep the whole night because very achy. 3:30 early morning I message the lady in the station hotel to complain but she never reply me. Worse hotel.

Disgusting room . Got trapped in room . Staff go home at 5pm Front door has a key In a cup so anyone can enter Had to leave didn't feel safe

I didn’t sleep all Night because too many bedbugs are there all around the bed and carpet , I try to contact the hotel people nobody responded back

Good location. Good price. Earlier read bad review but no bed bugs etc. room compact with bathroom

No parking. No one there, only by phone. Room ok but bed awful and duvet & pillow looked old. No TV. Shower very weak. Only 1 tea bag & 1 coffee sachet. I was cold, no heating. Loose drain cover on busy road outside made a noise every time a car went over it all night long.

Great location and clean.

It was dirty,the bed was broken in the middle (double bed) had a stain on it,one of the bedside cabinet legs was broken and was only standing up as held up,shower was dirty,curtains were hanging off the curtain rails,shower curtain was used as a bathroom curtain,smelled of stale,tv didnt work as was no Ariel.wouldnt recommend it.

AVOID. NOT EVEN A HOTEL. HALFWAY HOUSE. SHOULD NOT BE OPEN TO PUBLIC. NO STAFF IN HOTEL FOR ENTIRETY OF STAY. NO TOWELS. NO SHAMPOO. TV DID NOT WORK. TOE NAILS ON FLOOR, COTTONS BUDS ON FLOOR, HAIR EVERYWHERE. LITERALLY DO NOT STAY HERE

Overall the place wasn’t completely terrible. However, upon arrival the front door was locked and nobody was at reception, we couldn’t even make it into the building before issues started to occur. We phoned the number that’s written on the front door and a lady answered and said there is a lock box on the side of the door, gave us a code and that would let us in. The code did not work and she said “if the code is not working i’m unable to help you any further”, and then she hung up. We kept trying the code and eventually got in which took us about 20 minutes. There was no one at reception, we had no idea what room we was in, had to call yet another number to find out what room we was in. The lady on the phone said there was a code to the door and told us it over the phone which let us into our room. We were in room 10 under the stairs.  The bed was okay, nothing special. However the skirting boards where falling apart and there was bits of the wall all over the floor. The bathroom door did not close, it physically did not fit the frame in the wall. There was 1 toilet roll which was paper thin, and there were 2 of us in the room. Also the shower floor was stained with what looked to be tried blood, and was “hidden” by a clear shower mat.  The worst part of all, me and my friend came back from clubbing around 3am, we got into our room and there was a man standing outside our window (we were on the ground floor), he was banging and pounding for about 5 minutes. We had the curtains shut and were sat on the floor away from the window so he couldn’t see us. However the bathroom window was wide open and he was trying to talk to us through that. We tried to phone and get hold of someone from reception but of course there was no answer. If i was you, i would avoid this place if you can. It gave us somewhere to stay for the night but i certainly won’t be attending again.

Our room was taken by somebody else when we arrived, there was no one at the front desk at arrival or check out. The room was not very clean and we felt unsafe due to lots of noise outside our door at around 3/4am
