Staff were amazing - exceptionally accommodating. Room was very comfortable, and the secure undercover/off street parking at no extra charge was very appreciated. Location = great - the Strand/esplanade is right across the road, beautiful views of Magnetic Island. Central for everything - walking distance to Coles, cafes, restaurants, pubs and ice creamery/gelato stores.

Great stay, would definitely book this again when I return to Townsville. The staff were extremely friendly and gave great recommendations, not only for Townsville but also for Magnetic Island.
