房間的網絡形同擺設，完全沒有網速，房間很多角落很髒，空氣中漂浮著灰塵味，房間隔音也巨差無比，早餐選擇少，不會再住

I chose the Mercure brand as the name has a good reputation. I chose Mercure North Melbourne as it was very convenient to where I had meetings to attend over a two day period. Though I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel, I did think the hotel was quite ‘tired and tardy’’ looking. I would suggest it needs an overhaul - a ‘facelift’ and a total refurbishment to raise its standard.

交通總體來説還行，不在中心區，但也不太遠， 房間環境大概就是國內招待所的水平吧，洗澡熱水水溫不穩定，一個小的洗臉盆，都放不下洗漱用品了……前台服務還可以，有早餐，也可以免費寄存行李

早餐品種非常簡單 ，沒太多選擇； 酒店有油煙的味道 ，可能是因為提供晚餐之類 ，但廚房排煙效果一般吧 ，總感覺有股油煙的味道。

酒店位置離墨爾本中心City還是有些距離，離墨爾本大學距離不太遠，步行10分鐘左右就可抵達。附近商店和餐廳比較少。設施比較簡單，衞生不錯。如果衹是旅遊還是選擇市中心比較好。
