房間不可吸菸，不過洗手間和走廊傳來隔壁房間的煙味啦 住兩天，第二晚回來沒有人收拾房間（已在出門前掛了牌要housekeeping) 唯一正常是前台的水平吧 但這個價錢就below average了

房間裝修已經很老舊了，床品也不是很新，最主要是浴巾等太舊了，有明顯的黑黑的顏色，應該換了，早餐還是那幾樣，已經吃不下啦，沙拉也不是很新鮮。早上4點半左右被外邊的禱告聲吵醒。酒店唯一亮點是近鄰商場，買東西和吃飯方便，以後不會再住了。

前台人員基本都可以中文交流，房間乾淨無異味，早餐還算可以，樓下直通大商場，方便吃飯逛街，商場有辦理電話卡的，對面還有便利店，酒店中國人很多，放心住。

住好幾次了，冷氣很多間都不冷，要一直反應，有點像開盲盒，不是很好的感受，但離機場近，旁邊還有mall，還算不錯

This hotel is conveniently located inside a mall, which makes shopping and dining very easy. The rooms are clean and offer a magnificent view of Jakarta. Truly a highlight of our stay. One thing to note is that the bathroom floor can be slippery. My senior-age parents also mentioned this, so do be careful when using it. The breakfast was decent with all the basic options you would expect. We appreciated the staff’s kindness in allowing us a late checkout until 1 pm as we needed time to pray before our flight. This thoughtful gesture made our stay more comfortable and stress-free.

最大的問題，潮濕，床上用品潮濕，枕頭髮黃髮黴發臭，地板臟，馬桶臟，服務態度一般般。換了枕頭，還是不大行。 強烈要求酒店更換所有床上用品。 空調也不夠OK。

環境：國內二星 衞生：很多小蒼蠅… 地理位置不錯，最靠近商場. 早餐：可以説是比較難吃吧…. 服務：前台一臉假笑，問她什麼都是假笑拒絕… 如果不是工作需要，絕必不會住這間酒店
