沒落酒店，環境以前應該還不錯，現在很多設施老舊了。地方是真的挺大，有籃球場，匹克球場，游泳池，桌球乒乓球。

如果是過來旅遊的，我不太建議住在這邊。 如果是周邊看看的話那還行，住一兩天還行。 1-這裡離公交車站點都有點距離出門打車最方便 2-這裡就是一家公寓改成的酒店，配套的一次性洗漱用品，日常清潔都沒有 3-這裡的Wi-Fi很差，熱水也沒有。 4-這裡的安全應該不錯進門的話都要過保安亭那裡的大哥都會做登記和檢查。

Self drive, easy to locate the apartment. Safe as there a friendly and efficient security not only safe guard the entrance of property but he also taking care of checking-in and out and also assist to manage any simple enquires. Nearby have 7-11 and seafood restaurant. Nearby malls too. Downside of the property is noisy, night time can hear shouting and screaming kids, inide unit need some refurbish. Love the view from the balcony, can see Penang bridge and beautiful sunrise. Afterall, for the price we paid, we should not ask for much, it is still a money for value stay.

gedung tempat agak tua dan ruang parkir ok namun banyak tiang sehingga sedikit menyusahkan untuk keluar masuk namun masih ok lah , ruangan kamar smua ok , lemari tua dari kayu namun kelihatan unik 1smp 10 dapat 8 lah tempat ini

ห้องมีที่เก่าบ้างนิดหน่อย แต่โดยรวมคือดีค่ะ ราคาถูก คุ้มค่า ไปกับครอบครัว เหมาะมาก ถ้ามีโอกาสไปเที่ยวอีกก็ไปที่นี่ พนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้ม บริการดีมากค่ะ ประทับใจเลย เพราะปกติ บางที่ จะบริการไม่ดี

A complex of large but old apartments which are rented out. Our apartment was spacious but old design and furnishings. Ok for a one or two nights. Facilities include a large pool, gym, snack bar, some equipment for table tennis etc. The building is a 20-30 minute walk from the large shopping centre, which is great

Satisfying stay, good security, magnificent Penang bridge view from the balcony and window of the master bed room… but morning Muslim prayer from the nearby mosque may wake one up very early.  Room service is top notch, more efficient than a 5 star international hotel.  Nice comfortable resort feel lounge with a hot and cold drinking water dispenser, lounge is also equipped with 2 pool tables, a gym, table tennis table and bats, badminton/basketball court, a swimming pool and a small waterfall koi pond.  Snacks and breakfast are sold at a cost.

A pleasant stay with family. The house was spacious with a huge open garden rooftop/balcony. Only some minor withdrawals are the water tap in one bathroom are not in good order, hard to close tight. Whereas the master bedroom toilet sink always have water leaks out from the pipe when we use to wash. Therefore causing the whole bathroom went wet with waste water. I need to use the other bathroom for brush or wash. Some more the floor was sticky and not mop, if you didn't wear a slipper your foot will be dirty. Other than that all good. Low density condo, good facilities, but we didn't managed to use. We only back for sleep.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The Wi-Fi was not working, and the check-in process was not great. I booked a house with 2 rooms, but they gave me 2 rooms on different levels. The house was not very clean; the white towels had stains, there was too much dust, and the TV channels were terrible—better not to have a TV at all. On the positive side, the facilities were excellent, including a public pool table, ping pong table, and swimming pool
