U Hotel is a nice choice for a short stay. The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, plus free parking is provided which makes it very convenient. The location is great — right beside Coffee Bean and Lotus, with plenty of shops around to explore by foot. Overall, it’s a good value hotel. Just a small area to improve: the towels should be checked more carefully, as mine had some traces. Other than that, it’s a pleasant and recommended stay

THE WORST HOTEL EVER !!! So noisy in room located front of festival with loudspeakers When i asked to leave they refused to return money and give this to close my ears !!! Room not cleaned well and small And one more . When i asked to check out late around 1:30 cause i don’t sleep whole night ! They refused and ask money if i want to extend 1 hr Staff not friendly at all

送女兒到 usm 上學，距離學校很近，前台男孩很禮貌，會説中文，很方便。對面有早餐，蝦麵，粿條推薦，樓下旁邊是咖啡廳。

The hotel was okay for a short business 訂房網站. Room and cleanliness were average, not very impressive but acceptable. Location was fair, though a bit hard to find food or shops nearby. Service from the staff was good and friendly. Amenities were basic,enough for a simple stay, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re just looking for a quick and simple stay.

到得很晚，已過凌晨，但前台很熱情。房間不大，需要自帶牙刷，洗澡水很大很舒服。第二天一早去樓下的餐廳吃飯，蛋糕貝果選擇很多，味道也不錯。酒店就在usm西門附近，步行五分鐘就可以達到，位置方便。
