Unfortunately, our stay at Northam Holiday Park was very disappointing and nothing like what we expected from the listing. We booked a Standard Studio advertised as 40m², but were instead given a tiny 6m² cabin after checking in after hours. The cabin had a strong sewage smell, hairs in the shower, ants/bugs, limited hot water and non-working air conditioning. There was no kitchenette sink, so we had to wash dishes in the shower, and there was barely any space for luggage. For the price, it was very overpriced. I strongly recommend carefully checking the accommodation and photos before booking, as our experience was completely different from what was advertised. We requested a refund, but management declined without providing a reason.

What can say about our stay at Northam Holiday Park, we found our cabin very easy and to our surprise the room was Clean and very new looking the facilities were excellent we found a fridge, a microwave, a hotplate (didn't use) tea and coffee and toaster, Large TV attached to the wall with a adjustable fixings by the way a perfect position to have. Overall five stars for cleanliness, service, was very happy with our stay only one night .
