I didn't enjoy my stay. It's like I stepped into a ******* house! The first thing you will notice is that the gardens have not been attended for months! There are weeds everywhere along the driveway. The gravel on the driveway is uneven and possess a real hazard for those who are unsteady on their feet. My room was old, cold and smelt of damp. The heater does not work. The kitchen tap drips, and its hard to fall asleep due to the constant drip. The closet does not have coat hangers, The shower is so small the shower curtain sticks to your body when you are showering! There is no internet in my room. I had to work from the dinning area, as the 'nicer room' I was offered to work from, did not have a table and chair for my computer. I asked if I could have a cup of coffee, as going back to my room to make would require for me to pack all my belongings and go outside to another building, for a cup of coffee, only to have to reset up my desk... Only to be told that 'Unfortunately, we only provide guests with coffee during the breakfast timeframe'! For goodness sake! It has been a horrible 訂房網站. Don't stay here... save yourself the trouble, spend a little extra and stay somewhere where you can sleep, be warm and not feel like an imposition!

I should have read the reviews, so it is my mistake. This place has terrible service. The breakfast is only cow food or coffee and tea. The staff disappeared very quickly. The internet didn't work in the room. The bathroom is very old and not that clean. The whole place is like a backpackers but no access to a kitchen. Very limited parking space and if you return late you need to park out the front of the building. My advice is avoid this place

Safe enviroment for solo traveller..a little tired and needing an upgrade  but handy location in good area. Gardens and grounds need tidying. Always enjoy my stay here

Located in the north of Adelaide is a 3 minute drive from the botanical gardens and approximately 25 minute walk. It's got good parking and is easy to get to. Old building with lots of history.

Decent place.
