努沙河靜修處 (Noosa River Retreat Holiday Apartments)

A perfect and cozy stay — spacious, with a lovely little balcony and a bed so comfortable it’s easy to fall asleep.

Thank you to the resort staff for the multiple emails and notifications. Although it was a little bit inconvenient that the reception hours were only until 5pm, but online check-in was very convenient! Also we really appreciated that the staff for reminding us several times that we forgot to turn off the car. Fortunately, we forgot it after we got up early and went out... The whole room was very big, with a kitchen and a small living room, but it would be better if there was a mat in the bathroom, because I accidentally slipped in the bathroom :(

Apartment clean, just some rusty faucets. It was a nice to have some water put on the fridge but it really tasted like dishwashing… Annoying sound when we open the light in the bathroom. Really nice and spacious apartment, with more than I actually needed! Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi. But the afternoon I arrived I wanted to lay down on the sunbeds but I wasn’t able to since the garden was being watered and the water goes so far that it goes into the pool and jacuzzi and made all the sunbeds soaked wet. I only got the chance to meet the receptionists/managers at my check out, since the opening hours are 9am-5pm and 9-12am on weekends. They were really nice. But I gotta say this is so weird for me to see a reception with such opening hours… Where I come from and in most countries I went to, this is 24/7 or close to it. There is not a real service, we have to find the room on our own(even if we get a map with our key in the safe box), I mean there was a binder with informations, we can send them texts but we have to wait to get an answer if any, I was always away before they opened and came back when they weren’t there anymore so I know it seems to be an Australian thing (and good for them!) but this lack of real human interaction is unfortunate. We receive ton of emails and I also think about the people who are not good at the technology stuff

WOW, in the era of smaller rooms and higher prices this establishment was a real eye opener. A spacious bedroom, on-suite, a huge lounge room and a patio overlooking a pool made our short stay very pleasant. For some, free Netfix would be a bonus as well as a charging point for EV’s. Spotless and very well maintained.

Good location for a short visit in Noosa Sunshine coast Rooms were cleaned . Staff very helpful with their guest .

Great stay, friendly staff and good location

We had a fantastic stay at this Noosa River Retreat. The apartment is modern, spacious and very comfortable, with great amenities including a smart TV and a generous living area that has a lovely resort-style feel. The kitchen was well equipped with all the usual cookware and essentials. Kate was fantastic and very friendly, and the place was spotless throughout our stay. We also loved the pool — a great bonus. Peaceful and quiet, yet very conveniently located, it made for a truly relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again.
