布巴利公寓別墅 (Bubali Villa & Apartments)

Absolutely awful. We checked out after one night. We booked for a double deluxe room. We had a studio that had a shower in the living quarters. The booking on line advertised an eat in restaurant for breakfast which was why I chose this place- there was none. I walked through this place last August and was told there would be a restaurant where we could purchase food for breakfast. There was no safe in the room. The receptionist was going to bring me one. Well if she could bring me one to the room, I suppose anyone could walk off with it. There was only one light in the ceiling and the only lamp did not have the proper plug so it was not usable. There was a problem with the electricity and the television did not work when we got up in the morning. The deal breaker was when I was told there was no maid service and we were not getting fresh towels. I am a nurse. This is a matter of proper hygiene. I really feel that I need some kind of refund especially since their posting on the web advertised the restaurant where breakfast could be purchased. I was told that they started to build it but it was not finished as yet. I would not have booked there. I also have pictures of the room which was really a large closet. There was nothing "double" or "deluxe " about it. I would in good faith, appreciate a refund. I would rate the place a minus 5 in all categories. Dolores Russo
