皇家喬曼恩酒店 (Royal Jomanee Heritage)

位置有些偏，但是服務很好，老闆人也好，設施有些老舊了，沒有吹風筒，毛巾不好用，其他都還好，記得跟老闆預約車輛送服務，因為那個地方不好打車

這家酒店給我的感覺很實在。房間乾淨、安靜，空間也比較寬敞，住起來很舒服。雖然不是豪華型酒店，但基本設施齊全，Wi-Fi 可以正常使用，性價比很高。 位置不算在市中心，但交通還算方便，適合想安靜休息的旅客。整體體驗不錯，如果以後再來廊開，我會考慮再次入住。

ชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก ประทับใจทุกอย่างตั้งแต่แรกเข้าพัก โรงแรมเป็นหนึ่งในสถานที่ที่เงียบสงบและน่าพักผ่อนที่สุดที่เคยไปมา บรรยากาศดีมาก วิวแม่น้ำโขงสวยมาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นและตกดิน มองแล้วรู้สึกผ่อนคลายและมีความสุขจริง ๆ ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง และจัดตกแต่งได้ลงตัว พนักงานทุกคนบริการดี เป็นกันเอง ให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่ ตั้งแต่เช็คอินจนถึงวันเช็คเอาท์ ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้าน ทำเลก็ดีมาก ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหารท้องถิ่น เดินเล่นริมโขงตอนเย็น ๆ ก็เพลินมาก โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมาก และอยากแนะนำให้ใครที่มองหาที่พักดี ๆ ริมแม่น้ำโขง ลองมาพักที่นี่ดูสักครั้ง แล้วคุณจะหลงรักเหมือนที่ฉันรู้สึกตอนนี้แน่นอน

ไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ ขนหัวลุกมากเปิดให้จองในแอพได้ไง ใครจะพักรบกวนดูดีๆนะ

🇫🇷Cet hotel n'a pas pu m'accueillir faute de personnel de sécurité. Une notice renvoyait les clients vers un hotel un peu plus loin, le Royal Mekong, apparemment ignorant du renvoi du Royal Jomanee. Me proposait de m'héberger moyennant 400 Baht, soi-disant de surclassement. J'ai refusé et suis parti ailleurs. Demande re remboursement via 訂房網站 a échoué comme quoi cet établissement ne remboursait jamais, dixit 訂房網站. Donc mauvaise pub sur toute la ligne !  🇬🇧This hotel couldn't accommodate me due to a lack of security personnel. A notice directed guests to a hotel a little further away, the Royal Mekong, apparently unaware of the Royal Jomanee's dismissal. They offered me accommodation for 400 baht, supposedly an upgrade. I refused and went elsewhere. A refund request through 訂房網站 failed, proving this establishment never offers refunds, according to 訂房網站. So, bad publicity all round! 🇩🇪Dieses Hotel konnte mich aufgrund fehlenden Sicherheitspersonals nicht unterbringen. Ein Hinweis verwies die Gäste zu einem etwas weiter entfernten Hotel, dem Royal Mekong, das offenbar nichts von der Entlassung des Royal Jomanee wusste. Hat mir eine Unterkunft für 400 Baht angeboten, angeblich ein Upgrade. Ich lehnte ab und ging woanders hin. Der Rückerstattungsantrag über 訂房網站 schlug fehl, da dieses Unternehmen laut 訂房網站 niemals Rückerstattungen vornimmt. Also auf ganzer Linie schlechte Publicity!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my holiday. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing time. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I was well taken care of.

客員稀少，氣氛詭異。天黑後，有多名不明身份人員聲稱酒店會停電將人騙出房間，非常可疑。我沒有聽他們的，第二天也沒有入住

Customer service is very poor reception don’t know what’s going on very bad experience same night we move another hotel we didn’t stay there because seems very strange
