The reception area was smelly and the staff was not courteous. Food was also not very good. Washroom hygiene was bad

The location and food was all good. We booked their 1bhk and the ac in the lounge area was not working.

Room was not cleaned properly stuff of previous guest was there in the room, pillows were completely damaged and pillow cover & bed sheet also seems dirty, didn’t provide room slippers even after asking multiple time. Requested to change the pillow 1st they said sure will change then after 1 hr when u request again they denied. Also the behaviour of the person who attained the call was very unprofessional.

Staff are very responsible and polite. Room was very proper maintain and clean. Room service also good. We noted minor issue of toilet maintaines. All over p. K regency is a good stay place. They take care all things of guests. I am satisfied.

It is a good hotel but you can see that the rooms are clearly old. Some renovation and constant upkeep is required.
