    Very unhygienic place with a weird smell. The location was also shady and the hotel was quite old.

    The room was average, not upto the mark according to the price it is listed for. We asked the room service to clean the bathroom twice or thrice but they didn’t do it and on the top there was water leaking from the AC unit inside the room and the room was all filled with water, we did complaint the Hotel staff for the same, but they didn’t do anything about it.

    No food dirty beds and rooms poor services and mosquitos will eat you there. It was very bad experience

    Room were not clean, washroom was not clean. Bed was in bad condition. Whatever is shown in the picture was not there in actual. Not worth of the price. They should renovate their rooms and washrooms

    Fake Star given to property. Hotel stand for 2 star property only where shows it as 4 star. Old category lift. Average breakfast. Rude staff behaviour. Not clean. Not good hotel as per rating and price

    There was no water bottle in the room, room and hotel was dirty. there were wholes in bedsheet. Breakfast was started around 8:45. for room dining menu was not there in the room intercom was not working. most of the item in the menu was not available. Staf was rude.

    Mr.Jah house keeping supervisor has provided an excellent support in my stay at Aarkay palace.I had a wonderful stay.

    There has been absolutely zero maintenance, inside the room & hotel exterior has been damaged. Breakfast is only slice of breads & Puri 4 nos I will post my remarks in their comments section

    I booked room for 2 but someone how i have not reached the hotel but 2nd person did the chk in now after chk out also hotel asking my id

    My stay was good. I booked this stay considering the Swimming pool however it was not operational. I requested a Reception for Breakfast and they gave me a complimentary breakfast.
