The rooms were the worst i’ve ever encountered, with bed worms on the bed. The images shown in the app are misleading; the actual rooms are very old, and the air conditioning does not work properly. Additionally, the staff is extremely lazy. I checked in late around 10 pm and requested a check-out time extension of 2. 5 hours, for which they charged me 1200 rupees. The staff member i spoke with was illiterate and started arguing with me. I stayed for three nights, and found the management to be very money-minded and poor in maintenance. I have stayed in many hotels, but this experience was the most ridiculous.

Had an average experience. No kitchen available, Tv was working but only free channels were available. A complimentary water bottle was provided by the hotel.

They shifted us 6 time from 1 room to another as ac is not working in any room, housekeeping facilities is very poor room is nasty and unclean, no any towel given by them not even drinking water provided in room i ordered from my side only
