Hotel attendant mohit srivastava is so helpful and provide the best services. Room is neat and clean. Food is so delicious. Must visit and recommended.

CHECKED IN ON 13TH APRIL LATE EVENING . I SAW THE FOLLOWING IN MY ROOM 1.) THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN . 2.) THE HOT WATER KETTLE HAD DIRT 3. SECOND DAY AT 11.30 PM THE A.C. STOPPED WORKING SO HAD TO CHANGE THE ROOM. 4. NO DISPLAY OF TELEPJONE NUMBERS FOR CALLING THE RECEPTION, HOUSE KEEPING. THE NUMBERS DISPLAYED WERE DIFFERENT . 5. NO DENTAL KIT , NO DOOR MAT FOR BATHROOM HAD TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING. 6. WHEN I ASKED WHY THIS POOR SERVICE GOT A WEIRD ANSWER THAT LEMON TREE HAS JUST PURCHASED THIS PROPERTY FEW MONTHS BACK AND IS UNDER GOING FENOVATION . IF THIS IS THE REASON WHY ARE TAKING RESERVATIONS AND PUTTING GUESTS AT INCOVENIENCE.

The experience at the hotel lemon tree Noida sector 1 was good, the ac stopped but they immediately changed the room and it was pleasant..even the breakfast was yumm

This hotel is not the standard of LemonTree. Very disappointing stay. Miserable check-in process. Very basic room amenities. No proper lighting, bathroom in shambles, towels and napkins of bad quality, Shower door doesn't close properly, shower water falls outside of so-called enclosed area. Just nothing was right - even the bed rocks and makes noise while turning around. This can't be original Lemontree quality, must be an acquired hotel. Only good thing was I asked for extending the check-out time to 12 noon instead of 11 am, since I had a call. This was accepted.

Extremely terrible room , interior , cleanliness and even hygiene level were compromised . Lemon tree brand will be impact with such hospitality . Every one was complaining .
