One of the worst hotels i've ever stayed in, shocked to see this shady hotel running under the lemon tree brand. Firstly, the hotel was not clean and hygienic. There was a moldy smell all over with cobwebs and insects in the room. Secondly, the rooms issued weren't even ready. Basic things like tea kettle, hangers in wardrobe, toiletries, towels, etc. Were not present. On raising this with the housekeeping, the staff retorted that towels have gone to the laundry and the front desk is responsible for issuing a room without towels and other things. Thirdly, there was water leaking on the bed from the ceiling mounted ac which looked like a two decade old machine. Fourthly, the food is very bad and nowhere tastes like a three-star restaurant. To my surprise, something so simple as tea was so pathetic that a tea from a roadside seller tastes a million times better. Lastly, the staff is extremely impolite and shady. When i returned to the hotel from a team dinner with my female colleague who was also staying at the same hotel, the front office staff stopped to check our access cards and identities. As if we were some shady people. Lemon tree should terminate the partnership with this property immediately. It is a big black mark on their brand. I'll think twice next time while booking a lemon tree hotel now if this is how lemon tree hotels are.

Not cleaned room. Bed sheet are dirty and no water in room for drinking. When we arrived at hotel we had asked waiter to get us water he took an hour to get me complementary water

Hotel attendant mohit srivastava is so helpful and provide the best services. Room is neat and clean. Food is so delicious. Must visit and recommended.

CHECKED IN ON 13TH APRIL LATE EVENING . I SAW THE FOLLOWING IN MY ROOM 1.) THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN . 2.) THE HOT WATER KETTLE HAD DIRT 3. SECOND DAY AT 11.30 PM THE A.C. STOPPED WORKING SO HAD TO CHANGE THE ROOM. 4. NO DISPLAY OF TELEPJONE NUMBERS FOR CALLING THE RECEPTION, HOUSE KEEPING. THE NUMBERS DISPLAYED WERE DIFFERENT . 5. NO DENTAL KIT , NO DOOR MAT FOR BATHROOM HAD TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING. 6. WHEN I ASKED WHY THIS POOR SERVICE GOT A WEIRD ANSWER THAT LEMON TREE HAS JUST PURCHASED THIS PROPERTY FEW MONTHS BACK AND IS UNDER GOING FENOVATION . IF THIS IS THE REASON WHY ARE TAKING RESERVATIONS AND PUTTING GUESTS AT INCOVENIENCE.
