花鐘亭花屋旅館 (Kashoutei Hanaya)

Good experience for my family. Quiet and the food were excellent

This traditional Japanese ryokan features a private onsen and is located about 8 minutes on foot from the main road with restaurants and 20 minutes from the entrance to Jigokudani (Hell Valley). The interior is beautifully maintained in classic style, with tatami flooring throughout the common areas and guest rooms, which are furnished with comfortable futon bedding. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities. Anything not already provided can be taken from the selection near the reception. Guests receive a yukata to wear around the ryokan and to the onsen. Complimentary drinks are available at reception, though they request you enjoy them in your room rather than common areas. The gender-separated onsen, while small, has everything needed for a relaxing soak. Each bathing area includes both indoor and outdoor pools, and they alternate daily between men's and women's use. During my stay, it was never crowded. One disappointment was being unable to book the in-room dinner service upon morning arrival, as it was apparently too late to arrange. Those interested should probably reserve at least a day in advance. Overall, it's a comfortable, authentic ryokan experience with superb service and good facilities.

和溫泉街有一段路，但是安靜。第二次入住了，和十年前一樣，溫泉、料理……一如既往的好！酒店有巴士送到登別站，非常方便，下次還會再光顧

房間非常寬敞，獨立的衞生間、洗漱間和淋浴房，兩個臥室都配了大功率的空調、戴森的加濕器和冷暖風機，客廳和其他空間也非常大。 二食的餐配得也很用心。在房間用餐，有工作人員把餐食送到房間，逐道介紹。贈飲也很豐富，還有非常好吃的布丁。 沒有私湯，公共溫泉有室內室外兩個池，9人容量，提供浴巾、毛巾、各種洗護用品。房間配有浴衣襪子，非常周到。

酒店不在登別溫泉主街上，有幾百米的距離，所以附近沒有商店和超市。店家提供免費的飲料，泡池小，餐食一般。

地道一泊2食，環境清靜

日本的服務變得很差了！去前先用電郵詢問了接送方法，沒有收到回郵。結賬離開時店家沒有對客人作任何告別！這可是溫泉酒店哦，是因為我們外國客人的原因？以後再也不會去這家了！

첫 삿포로 여행을 오면서 온천여행은 꼭 넣어야 겠다고 생각했습니다 역시 온천하면 노보리베츠였으니 이쪽 료칸을 알아보던중 하나야를 찾게 되었습니다 평점중 노보리베츠 초입이라 거리가 조금 멀다 라고 보았어서 렌터카가 있던 저희에겐 해당없었으나 이동해보니 그렇게까지 멀지 않아서 진짜 춥고 눈오는날이 아니면 걸어다니기 충분합니다 온천은 남,여탕이 나뉘어져 있고 매일 탕 위치가 바뀝니다. 온천은 남,여탕 각각 실내, 노천탕 한개씩 있으며 료칸 자체 규모가 작아 눈치싸움만 잘하면 전세낼 수 있습니다. 만나도 손님 1~2분정도? 진짜 유황온천이며 입욕전 간단한 샤워 후 입욕하시고 수건과 머리카락은 입욕 금지입니다 료칸 하면 가이세키가 빠질 수가 없습니다. 저희는 4인 석식,조식포함으로 예약하였고 석식으로 가이세키가 나왔습니다. 코스요리식으로 나오며 굉장히 보기좋고 제 입맛에는 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 이정도 가격대에 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 로비에는 무료 음료가 있으며 무한으로 드실 수 있습니다(사케,맥주 포함) 작은 료칸이지만 방도 업그레이드 해주시고 직원분들이 레전드로 친절하셔서 아주 만족스러운 료칸 경험이었습니다. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 방문하고싶네요.
