The carpets on the floor wasnt clean enough and the had a foul pigeon odour. The floor tile was totally slippery and the bathroom floor mat was too slippery. 4* star hotel should have at least complete carpet flooring.

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The room and washroom were unhygienic, with cockroaches present. The air conditioner in the room was old and not functioning properly. The breakfast spread was limited, and additional requests were denied outright. It appeared that the poor service was due to the fact that we booked through the mm t platform rather than directly with the hotel. Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If i could, i’d rate them negatively. We would want a refund for the terrible experience we had at the hotel.

It’s a very old property which is poorly maintained. I booked 2 rooms costing something like a 3 star hotel. The acs there are from british era i guess and there are no ceiling fan. It was so uncomfortable that we vacated a day before without any refund. Staff and servers are not too good. They looked helpless to help us. Only after much of the chasing they changed one of my room to another which had somewhat better cooling, but again from british era!

Room is dirty i kettle not working i intercom doesn't work i carpets are old and dirty i ac is broken i linen is centuries old and de co-lured i no toiletries i cupboards are stinking and overall a scary experience i though staff works their best management seems not interested and looks like n pa hotel. Make my 訂房網站 should evaluate the properties by alternate ways !

The breakfast served was cold, when asked about it it was conveyed that please don't ask us, contact the reception. The room service was also delayed and non responsive.

Fantastic hotel! Room was very clean, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, food was cheap and of a very high quality. What more can you ask for? Can't recommend more highly for either a business professional
