Over priced rooms and hotel food..breakfast was just average. No room cleaning was done.. Despite letting them know that Coconut snowflake icecream was tasting acidic and had gone bad..they charged for it I will not recommend

Orchid Square has given us lovely memories of Coonoor. It was comfortable, clean and the food was excellent. However it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that really helped to make our experience here a very good one. The restaurant staff in particular showed good humour. The hotel helped with transport. The wifi connection was good. It was peaceful and our room was spacious with lots of extras like tea/coffee, shampoo/ hairdryer. The only downside was the distance into town, needing a tut-tut, about 10-15mins travel time. However, we had peace and quiet.
