worst hotel I have ever visited. waste food, they say warm water is available 24*7 but the water was so chilled. hotel staff was rude. very far from most of the location. I would not recommend this place.

Room lock was not working. Not worth the price. Room was not clean. Dental kit was not given. Bodywash was not given. Rooms were not given adjacent even after prebooking in advance.

Pros : resort location and view point is good. The room size is big with an extra bed provided. More food variety. Cons : no children's play area. Garden maintenance is not so good. More varieties of food but the taste is average. The breakfast menu is very limited. Overall average stay. 3. 5

Good stay. Nice place to visit. Recommend for family. Only challenge is that it is on the hair pin bend 8. But if you like driving then very good to stay in this place. Food service was really good.

Amazing stay with a good view through the windows and balcony. The rooms and washroom were neat. Food was fabulous. And staff were genuine n supportive throughout our stay.

Hotel was terrible… Unhygienic, no cleanliness at all.. it was very difficult to stay even to use wash basin to wash hands … full of mosquitoes, flies.. Not a single hotel it is.

Cleanliness could have been better. The wall paint had completely came off due to wet walls and the room was not clean as expected. There was too many houseflies inside the room.
