till 2.30 pm not allowed to check in reason room cleaning under process, broken cot broken tap water Water not goes out in lot of Flys not given mosquito mat not only mine there are lot of customer complain about room service in reception. over all bad experience I have photos which I am going to share it in social media booked but very bad service I need to discuss my experience with your executive pls arrange to call back I need compensation

The property and the view is awesome. But the service is really pathetic, not at all professional. There was no water in the morning and it took them almost 3 hours to resolve the issue. There is no manger or someone who coordinates the employees. The view from rooms are mind blowing but as i said the service. Pathetic. Won’t recommend.

The location is great and beautiful. Its away from the city so that the calmness is a great and privacy is appreciable

The resort has an excellent view. The staff was quite friendly and catered to our every request diligently. Food was good as well, and had a homely vibe to it. The family villa that we booked was clean and spacious.
