Terrible experience. Air Cond was down, needed to travel to another condo for keys collection. Bathroom got no water, not enough of pillows and blankets were provided. No fan remote controls were given. The floor was sticky, sliding door glasses were full of stains and marks. The customer service is very unhelpful and unreachable. Even the floor mats were wet and stained. It's a horrible experience! The mattresses and beds were dirty. The shampoos provided were diluted and looked polluted. It's a horrible experience and ruined the whole 訂房網站! Don't ever think to complain coz they'll let you deal with the AI mode instead of handling your case effectively. No action was taken at all. What they did was only dragging and avoiding you... please stop renting the house if you don't even care about your customers basic needs!!! You will definitely regret if you rent such a horrifying property!!! Please refund!
