鬼怒川山樂日式溫泉旅館 (Kinugawa Onsen Sanraku)

首先稱讚一下酒店的服務，簡直就是典範，你可以體驗到100%的關懷，100%的認真，100%的殷勤。除了滿足客人的各種要求，有個小貼士，那就是到了鬼怒川溫泉車站，不用搭車過來，提前和酒店説一聲，酒店會派車來車站接。當然，也會送到車站。其實，車站到酒店不遠，也就是幾百米而已，走過來也挺快。 餐廳的餐飲水準可以，無論早餐還是晚餐，都值得稱讚。有時候餐廳客人滿員了，三個女服務生一直在奔跑，好辛苦。 溫泉的湯很熱，一會兒就出汗了。 房間面積很大，設施就比較一般了。 因為價格也不算貴，這裡的客人可真多，一直處於滿員狀態。也是，好酒店自然來的人多。

鬼怒川溫泉小鎮很蕭條，疫情影響還在。酒店不是房內用餐，跟許多這個價位的溫泉酒店不同，有些遺憾，訂房網站網站應該寫明確。晚餐早餐中規中矩，可以接受也不驚喜。

酒店的溫泉不錯，出來還提供當地梨汁挺好喝。房間面向鬼怒川，景觀不錯。酒店設施偏舊，但也是當地普遍現象。

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The free cocktail and coffee services in the lobby were nice, as well as the free drink bar (including one beer per person) near the entrance to the hot spring. The paid massage service was also good. The meals were decent, especially the grilled beef, which simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and provided friendly service. Cons: The variety of hot springs was lacking, and the view from the hot springs was almost blocked, which was disappointing. The lockers for valuables used combination dials, and foreign guests often didn’t know how to use them, locking their room keys inside and struggling to reopen them. This was a major inconvenience. They should switch to a key-and-wristband system like other onsen hotels. The room itself felt like an old, once-grand mansion that had seen better days. The furniture had many scratches, and the surfaces were worn and peeling. It made me think it must have been impressive in the past. Still, the room was definitely more spacious compared to other hotels.
