酒店各員工待客友善，能提供適切的服務。店內有不同的娛樂設施，如麻將、桌球等，使旅程生活多姿多采。酒店亦離鬼怒川溫泉站近，交通方便。

價格很實惠，服務跟食物都非常好，晚餐和早餐都是自助式的，還有酒類可無限暢飲也不錯，我住的是日式房，房間也很大，住起來也很舒服，更重要的是還有溫泉，很讚。

酒店離火車站大概走路5分鐘，位置比較好，服務態度也還可以，房間設施比較齊全，但衞生稍微有點不足，溫泉可能是循環使用的。

住的和洋式房間、很舊、衞生間很臭、自助餐還行、溫泉不錯。

當日太多人check in取房要等超過一小時，日式房間細，自助早餐晚餐只有一小時多享用但款式多還是不錯，整體不過不失

The location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here

first of I would like to thanks always 訂房網站.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & 訂房網站.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

Lodging at this hotel is a good choice of a high cost or price performance ratio, apart from its location quite near to the eki or train station. Foods in the dinners or breakfasts are abundant; and happy to have beer and sake in the dinner. Room is large enough for three guests. Pity that there is no Wifi provided in the dining9 place; also there is no covered outdoor walkway connecting the main block and South Wing and guests would get wet on the way to the dining place or onsen, when it rains. Lack of ramps but many steps connecting places of different levels. Parking lots are not close to the assigned rooms.
