We booked a three-night stay and arrived late due to a flight delay. Unfortunately our room was in such poor condition that we decided to leave for another hotel early the next morning. Trip was very responsive, even in the middle of the night, and helped us negotiate a cancellation for the unused nights. The hotel offered to change our room (there are only two 訂房網站le rooms in the hotel) the next afternoon, but we felt it was best not to take the risk. - air conditioner was extremely loud and dirty, even start dripping water, so it had to be turned off on a hot summer night - door could not be locked from the inside. While it seemed possible to use a key, the staff had to specifically show us how to open it, which required special skills and wouldn’t be safe during any emergency - sheer curtains only with large gaps - in general quite run-down, with broken parts, uncleaned shower, and a musty smell understand that it's a budget option in Nice and expected a small room with basic amenities, I didn't anticipate such poor conditions. The staff stressed that we should have loved the room, so perhaps it's a matter of differing expectations and standard.

酒店地理位置超好，對面就是尼斯火車站。房間有一個小小的可愛的陽台。廁所浴室很大很乾凈。提前到了本來衹想寄存一下行李，前台小哥説房間打掃完了就讓我們提前入住了。後面的行李寄存也很方便。很美好的體驗。😻😻

步行五分鐘到尼斯火車站，但是不會吵鬧，15分鐘翻尼斯海灘邊，附近都是酒店為主，想要的雙床也給安排上了。除了浴室的浴缸比較小，必須站進去洗，容易把水濺到外面。其餘沒什麼好挑剔的😌

衞生極差，房型跟預訂房型不一樣，被安排到一樓，潮氣大還有蟲子。咖啡廳的杯子沒有刷乾淨的時候，洗手間都不知道誰的隱形眼鏡還粘在上面。體驗極差，房間的潮氣和味道導致咽炎，鼻炎復發。

牆隔音非常差，如果噪音敏感最好不要選擇這家，三晚換了兩個房間，都深受噪音困擾。一天隔壁情侶在講話放歌，一天隔壁兩個女的在放歌，還有一天兩個家長帶兩個小孩樓上凌晨兩點都不睡一直吵鬧，每天玩到晚上回來也睡不好。好的一點在於這個酒店離火車站步行幾分鐘，而且氣泡水牛奶熱水在大廳都是免費隨時取用，還含早餐，帶陽台可以在陽台邊休息。可能訂房網站在推這個酒店為優選會去的華人很多，但是就很難評價。有的年老的服務員很好。還有個烏龍，前一天説給我換房間，第二天拎著行李下去另一個非説沒有房間不給換，叫我隔天再來，總之不太愉快，雖然最後換了但就很不順暢。

L’hôtel est à proximité de la gare de Nice pour des voyages c’est parfait. La propreté rien à redire, les lits et oreillers sont confortables ! Nous avons été bien accueilli par les agents d’accueil de l’hôtel. Les valises peuvent être mis gratuitement dans une pièce au cas où si vous arrivez assez tôt ou que vous voulez partir tard de Nice (rendu de la chambre 11h) le jour du départ. Je recommande cet hôtel !

火車站附近，我們推行李過去的，房間乾淨，早餐一般，附近餐廳挺多，中餐法國菜都有，超市菜場都不遠，去海邊走路15分鐘。

La struttura è nella media, camera deluxe carina e pulita e colazione a buffet sufficiente, ma con scelta di frutta, solo mele e banane. Unico grosso problema che mi ha fatto passare la notte in bianco: 4 grossi motori dell'aria condizionsta ubicati nel giardino sotto la mia camera. Un rumore sordo continuo e molto fastidioso. Ho fatto subito presente, ma essendo agosto non avevano camera alternativa. Per fortuna ho soggiornato una sola notte. Personale gentile.

電車を利用しエズやマントン、ニースなどの旅の計畫をしようとしている方には最適な場所だと思います。とにかく駅から近くわかりやすい場所にあります。また歩いて海岸にもニース観光にも行けます。部屋は少々狹く、3泊しましたがタオルなどは日によってバスタオルのみであったりタオルとの組み合わせだったりと不思議なところもありました。決してハリ感のあるタオルという感じではありませんでしたがましたが、衛生的には全く問題なく利用できました。フロント近くに、水とコーヒーサーバがあり24時間利用できたのが良かったです。

房間中規中矩，應該開業很多年了吧，所以設施有點舊，但是衹是過渡一天晚上，所以還不錯！距離火車站很近，步行6-7mins就能到。
