No es lo que esperábamos . No es un hotel, es un edificio antiguo mal restaurado . Instalaciones viejas y anticuadas. Muebles estropeados, pelos por todos lados, limpieza pésima . La reforma ha consistido en repintarlo todo, sistema eléctrico , fontanería… tan antiguo que se ven tuberías y cables viejos por todos lados. Servicio de recepción y desayuno excelente. Estamos acostumbrados a ir a hoteles de 4 estrellas, por eso reservamos aquí , ya que nos aparecía como 4 estrellas. Es la primera vez que sentimos que estamos en una pensión o algo así.

The hotel is located near Niceville Station downtown, so it's easy to move around and breakfast is delicious. It's a hotel I want to visit again when I come to Nice. All employees are kind and great customer service is the best. I love you, everyone!!!

Super welcoming staff. Nice apartment all equipped which is bigger than what I expected. Good amenities. Location close to the station. Only negative are the curtains which are super light, the room was all bright with the street lights at night.

我們十一期間入住尼斯這家酒店，公共區域很法式很溫馨，前台及服務人員非常友善貼心，早餐十分豐盛，為我們留下美好回憶。不足的點是，離核心區域（老城區）稍遠，走路20多分鐘吧，離去機場的地鐵線也要20分鐘左右。而且，不知道是不是三人間住的人少，衞生情況一般，設施有一些老舊。

The room is clean and tidy. Felts comfortable here. Staffs are nice and helpful. The train station just 5mins to go. I will stay here if I back to Marseille.
