The tall slim male receptionist is amazingly friendly and he recommended and advice us not to deive to Cannes. He is absolutely right we did save a lot of time in traffic and the train ride is scenic and convenient. The restaurant he recommended is super reasonable and delicious. The room is aircon - good for us as we cannot survive without it. Room is small for 2 person and do not have space to open 2 luggages. We were given 405 which elevator lands on level 3 only. He helped us carried our luggages to the flight of stairs.. Parking is safe in their private garage and price reasonable for 28euros per night. The lobby and outdoor sitting is so cosy and breezy at night. Recommended to stay.

訂的三人房，住了兩晚。房間有三十多平米，陽光很好，每個窗子都有隔光簾可以電動放下來，晚上睡覺遮光效果非常好，附近也比較安靜。一張雙人床和一張單人床都很大，床很好，酒店有一個小花園種了橙子和檸檬，前台小哥人都很友善，特別讚的是酒店的早餐很好，有鮮榨的橙汁，食品很豐富，選擇很多，質量不錯。這個價格還包四個人的早餐真的很贊。離尼斯火車站步行12分鐘左右，離港口也就10分鐘步行距離。位置還是很不錯的。

While the Wi-Fi connection could be stronger, especially in the rooms, the exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff more than make up for it with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. One of the standout features is the lovely garden area, a peaceful oasis where you can unwind after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are compact, but thoughtfully arranged and clean, ideal for travelers who prioritize location and comfort over space. All in all, a charming stay with a few minor trade-offs, made memorable by the staff and the serene garden retreat.

Good location! Very clean and good rooms. Close to the beach but also walking distance to the city centre and the old town. Very nice people working at the reception with a lot of suggestions on things to do and restaurants to go to! Good breakfast. Very recommendable, we would stay there again!

조식 포함된 가격에는 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 해변까지 걸어가기에도 좋고 니스빌 기차역으로 걸어가기에도 좋은 위치입니다. 다만 오래된 호텔임을 감안하셔야합니다. 카펫에선지 히터에선지 냄새가 납니다. 가져간 피톤치드를 카펫에 뿌리느라 다 썼어요. 그걸 감수한다면 조식도 화장실도 침구도 나쁘지 않았습니다.

尼斯老城中心位置，周邊餐廳非常方便，酒店環境與描述一致！房間還是挺大的，層高也不錯，性價比挺好的；接待還是挺熱情的，但是餐廳服務員就很一般了！

這家酒店還蠻超預期的，定的家庭房，房間很大，也比較乾淨，最喜歡的是早餐，有鮮榨橙汁暢飲，下次去尼斯還會考慮定這一家酒店
