交通非常方便，我從尼斯機場公交12+下車三分鐘步行就到了，去老城等主要景點步行十幾分鍾；房間有點小，地板不平整，一個人問題不大；有一瓶訂單上沒有的瓶裝水，如果需要熱水可以到大堂餐廳裝，如果有冰箱和燒水壺就好了。

Louise is a very helpful woman if you have any issues or questions about where to buy things or the good restaurants to eat in, ask Louise. She is the sunshine of the place. Its a decent price for the location you are near promenade des anglais, place Garibaldi and vielle ville. The elevator is a bit quaint. And I do wish the bathtub was newer but all in all for the price and location plus excellent services. Im pretty happy.

Very clean hotel and the reception is very helpful. Nonetheless, I had a very bad experience with 訂房網站 - where we needed to modify our booking from 2 nights to 1 night, and the hotel is supportive, but 訂房網站 was not able to send our request to the hotel (it seems nor did they have interest to help with this), despite that I spent 2 hours at night and half an hour in the morning asking them to send my request over the phone. Overall I am quite happy with the hotel, but very disappointed with 訂房網站 and would alert those who are planning to use this App/website in the future.

В номере пахнет сыростью. Вентиляция не очень хорошо работает. И в ванной её вообще нет. Есть балкончик с столиком и стулями, но нужно быть худым, чтоб поместиться туда. Вид из окна хороший вдаль в обе стороны. И под окнами ведётся большая стройка, упоминания об этом нигде нет. Рядом есть остановка трамвая. От автобусной остановки идти тоже не очень далеко. Персонал отзывчивый, добрый, показали все, рассказали, дали карту. Разрешили оставить багаж пока гуляли, это приятно

お部屋はとても綺麗で、シャワーの水圧もよかったです。唯一、冷蔵庫がないことがマイナスポイントです。。ビーチや繁華街から少し離れていますが、不便なく、靜かな滯在ができます。近くで工事をしているので、少し音が気になりました。従業員、宿泊者も親切な方ばかりで思い出に殘る旅になりました！ありがとうございました。

Very good standard hotel well located close to Garibaldii square (direct tram access from the airport line 2). Hotel in quiet area but currently Lots of roadworks (think building tram route) Room very clean good breakfast Only criticism new carpets in bedroom needed

四月入住的尼斯，一共住了4晚，當天辦理入住已經很晚了，白髮的爺爺人很好。還和我們聊天。房間也比想象中的大而且也很乾凈。在尼斯的幾晚還是很開心的，喜歡的酒店，性價比也比較高呢。

Ma note ne concerne en aucun cas le personnel qui était plus que top. Mais l’hôtel est vraiment a éviter si vous avez d’autres choix. Pas propre, de la moisissure dans pas mal de coins. Isolation et insonorisation zero. Des travaux en face qui empêchent de dormir. Petit déjeuner moyen. A mon avis ne mérite pas le prix.
